Our mission is to educate companies that do not pre-screen employees before they are hired. It is playing a game of Russian roulette with their future.

MB Personnel & Screening, Ltd. provides services that your company might be reluctant to perform when searching for a new employee. Most companies do not want to incur the expense of testing or do not have the resources of testing materials. In addition, they do not know the correct, unbiased questions to ask when obtaining reference/background checks. MB Personnel & Screening administers 2 hours of testing for each candidate presented. These tests include basic skills and aptitudes in math, spelling and technical/computer skills We determine our candidates levels of competency and
perform standard reference checks.
