We analyze a candidate’s fit for the job by testing their technical skills, mental aptitude, personality, references and making sure that they’re designed for the job’s requirements.
We then provide feedback to both our client and the candidate.
After each assessment, we will present to you a full candidate evaluation in order for you to make your hiring decision, as well as, our recommendation, advice and additional comments.
